Most of other inventory management softwares for companies cost several hundred dollars a year, but ZAICO is free for basic functions. Since inventories could be controlled by bar code or QR code with your smart phone, you do not need to purchase additional equipments such as bar code reader.
(Payments are necessary when multiple users sharing the data or recording over 200 items.)

Inventories data are synchronized with the server on cloud.
You needn’t worry about incidental data losses.

✓Inventory can be edited simultaneously with Multi-device(Android、iPhone and PC)
Inventories data in the server can be shown and edited with multi-device (Android, iPhone and PC) at the same time. The latest inventories information will be shown by synchronizing.

✓QR・Barcode
After QR or Bar codes are registered for stocks, you can search stocks by QR or barcode scanning.

✓Custom field can be added.
You can add custom field, e.g.“Expiration date”, “Purchase cost”. This function is available for paid plan users.

✓More various functions！
Reports can be printed through ZAICO on Web app. By synchronizing the data from Android app to Web app and print reports on web.
For paid plan users, various functions are available. Receiving/shipping stocks by scanning code, easy update for quantity and so on.


Please use “ZAICO on iPhone” with iPhone(iPad) and use “ZAICO on web” with PC.
