Halo Fitness Description
The Halo Fitness App connects exercisers to their workouts and creates engaging fitness experiences. You can set goals, create your own workouts, and request and receive workouts from a personal trainer.
The app syncs with compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment with internet connection. When you complete a workout, the results are automatically saved.
Ask if your fitness center is also connected to the Halo Fitness App. If so, you can sign up for your favorite classes.
Features:
My Activity - View your workout history. It provides a simple yet informative summary, including total workout minutes, exercises planned and exercises achieved.
My Classes - Add the classes your facility offers, join the classes you want to attend, even add them to your personal calendar.
My Training - You can view your training plans or create your own workouts. Complete your workouts on any cardio and strength machines, or compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment. When you are connected to a trainer at your facility, you can request and receive workouts and also view, and download workouts related to your fitness goal.
My Challenges - Join Challenges and compete against other members in your connected facility! View Live and Future challenges, and review ones you've completed. You can even see your live position on the Leaderboard to make sure you do yourself proud!
My Goal - Set a goal, and give yourself a deadline. Decide on a goal which best suits you and stay motivated to meet that goal. A timeline offers a reminder of the goal and a countdown to your deadline.
My Stats - Update your statistics including body weight, height, body fat %, resting heart rate and blood pressure. Your coach in your connected facility will be able to see all recorded entries to support you on your fitness journey.
