By shifting your breathing rate and pattern, you can stimulate the body's parasympathetic response. This is the body's opposite system to the emergency fight or flight mechanism and is often called the relaxation response.

How does it work?
When using your mobile camera, Breathmix monitors your pulse through your finger. It adjusts your breathing to match the rhythm of your heart. This method of paced breathing is called Resonance Breathing or Coherence Breathing.
